Exchanges:

Product Exchange: In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. The exchange process will be initiated once we receive the video evidence and approve the return.
Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, and the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
